Ethan Smith is a dedicated real estate professional who brings personal experience, financial knowledge, and a client centered approach to every transaction. His passion for real estate began during his own first time buying process, where he saw the impact home ownership can have on long term equity and future goals. That experience drives his commitment to helping buyers break the cycle of renting and supporting clients through one of the biggest decisions of their lives.

Originally from Albany, Georgia, Ethan grew up vacationing along the Gulf, which sparked a lasting love for the water and coastal living. It had always been his dream to settle in a coastal town, and Pensacola offered everything he was looking for. The combination of beautiful beaches, crystal blue water, and a vibrant downtown made Pensacola the perfect place to become rooted and build a life.

Ethan earned his Associate Degree from Abraham Baldwin Agricultural College in Tifton, where he attended on a vocal scholarship and majored in music. Before joining Levin Rinke Realty, he worked on the Amanda Wiley Kyla Standring Team at ERA All In One Realty, the top producing team in the region. His earlier career in banking adds valuable insight into financial products, which supports his clients through each transaction.

The high volume environment at ERA exposed Ethan to a wide range of challenges, giving him hands on experience in problem solving and allowing him to approach issues with ready solutions. Combined with being both a buyer and seller himself, including primary residences and investment properties, he offers practical guidance rooted in real experience. His background allows him to assist first time buyers, military relocations, and investors with confidence and clarity.

Clients and colleagues describe Ethan as an attentive listener with strong negotiation skills, always focused on selecting the right approach to advocate for his clients’ needs. He is known for being task oriented and deadline driven, giving clients peace of mind knowing every detail is being tracked and handled smoothly.

Outside of real estate, Ethan enjoys restoring mid century modern furniture, spending time in the sun or on the water, and kayaking Florida’s springs with his husband and their chocolate lab, Charlie. He also loves traveling, especially to Caribbean islands and South America.

Fun fact: Although many assume he studied agriculture due to his college, Ethan actually majored in music and knows nothing about agriculture.
